Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1: Preamble

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply exclusively between Swiss Brothers Trading and any person visiting or placing an order on swissbrothers.com.

The applicable version is the one in effect at the time of the order.

Article 2: Contract

2.1 Requirements for placing an order
You declare that you are over 18 years old and legally able, or have parental authorization, to place an order.

2.2 Contract formation process
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the option to modify it until the shipping date.
A shipping confirmation email constitutes acceptance of your order and completes the sales contract.

Article 3: Price, availability and delivery

Prices are in Swiss francs, including taxes, excluding shipping and handling fees.
We accept orders within available stock limits. Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.

If an item is unavailable, you will be notified and refunded if applicable.
In case of a pricing error, you will receive an email to confirm or cancel the item.

Article 4: Customs duties

Orders delivered outside Switzerland may be subject to customs duties and taxes payable by the customer.

Article 5: Payment

Foreign cards must be international bank cards.
Payment is charged at the time of purchase.

Article 6: Warranties and liability

We are not responsible if an item does not comply with the legislation of the delivery country.
Differences between photos/texts and delivered items do not constitute grounds for liability.

Article 7: Applicable law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law.
All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Swiss courts.
