Once your order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be modified or canceled. If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.
If your package arrives damaged or if there is an issue with the products received, please contact us immediately at contact@latinhall.ch or by phone at +41 22 341 42 32. We may ask for photos of the damage (if applicable) and will resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either with a replacement or a refund.
Yes, we have a physical store in Geneva, located at Rue de Neuchâtel 18, 1201 Geneva.
How to get there?
- From another city: The store is about a 5-minute walk from Geneva’s main train station (Gare Cornavin).
- From within Geneva: You can take tram lines 12 or 14, or bus lines 1 or 25. The nearest stops are Cornavin and Bel-Air.
Lat’in Hall is a new physical store; however, our company, Swiss Brothers Sàrl, has over 20 years of experience importing Latin American products. Before opening Lat’in Hall, we operated from another location under a different name. Our experience and commitment to quality remain unchanged.
